All items will be thoroughly checked and packed with great care to ensure they get to you in perfect condition. Please choose carefully, refunds are not provided for a change of mind but we are happy to exchange or refund products purchased online within 7 days of receipt, provided they are returned in their original, unused condition with the original packaging and tags.

Any items that are faulty were damaged in transit or were not ordered can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange or credit note but will not be accepted unless companies by a copy of the purchase receipt and a completed Return Form. Please email us at info@designbyleonard.com and we can send you a copy.

Where a refund is requested and approved, we will credit your original method of payment with the price of the returned goods, excluding delivery charges (unless goods were faulty, damaged in transit or not as ordered).
In the event that we cannot supply a replacement, we will offer you a refund. No refunds or exchanges will be made for any other reasons.
