Korora
The kororā, or little blue penguin, is New Zealand’s smallest penguin
species. With blue feathers, a white belly, and a waddling walk, it
fishes at sea before returning to rocky shores and hidden burrows at
dusk. Small yet strong, the kororā is a treasured part of New Zealand’s
coastal wildlife.
